Modules

Browse, install, and configure the Modules that power your workflows.

Modules are installable packages that add Tasks to your Process. Each Module focuses on a specific capability from chat I/O to AI inference to telephony. You install Modules from the Marketplace and configure them in the Environment settings.

Getting started

  1. Open the Marketplace from the sidebar.
  2. Click Add on the Module you need.
  3. Select the Process to install it into and click Install.

Core

  • Standard Module: Core chat Tasks: input, output, routing, text normalization, and language detection.
  • JavaScript Module: Execute custom JavaScript code within your workflow.

Messaging

  • Twilio Module: Send SMS, MMS, and WhatsApp messages from any workflow; 2FA with one-time codes and phone number lookup.
  • Twilio Messaging: SMS and WhatsApp bots on Twilio Programmable Messaging: every message from a number starts or continues its Session, with files.
  • Twilio Conversations: SMS and WhatsApp on the Twilio Conversations API, with the conversation kept on Twilio for agent handoff, and files.
  • Slack Module: Slack channel Tasks for building workflows that interact with Slack workspaces.
  • Discord Module: Discord channel Tasks: a slash command starts a Session, replies with a Reply button, embeds, buttons and notifications to channels.

Voice

  • Twilio Voice: Answer phone calls on Twilio: spoken prompts, speech and keypad input, play, record, and transfer.
  • Aculab Module: Voice channel Tasks for telephony workflows via Aculab Cloud.
  • ACS Module: Automated phone calls on Azure Communication Services with text-to-speech prompts and keypad capture.

Email

  • Gmail Module: A Gmail mailbox as a channel: matching emails start the workflow, replies continue it in the same thread, attachments are readable.
  • Email Module: Send personalized emails from your own Azure Communication Services resource, with the Workspace's email templates.
  • MailKit: Send personalized emails through your own SMTP server or provider: one email, or one per row of a list, each row filling the template.

AI

  • OpenAI Module: OpenAI chat completions, the Responses API, embeddings, and moderation; the core of the OpenAI family, where each Module is configured separately with its own API key.
  • OpenAI Agents: OpenAI agents that call your Process: each function is a branch, with typed parameters and conversation memory.
  • OpenAI Files & Vector Stores: Upload, list, download, and delete OpenAI files; build vector stores for retrieval-augmented workflows.
  • OpenAI Images: Generate and edit images with OpenAI gpt-image models.
  • OpenAI Audio: Text-to-speech, transcription (including speaker-diarized), and audio translation with OpenAI.
  • OpenAI Realtime: Short-lived Realtime session tokens so clients connect to OpenAI directly without seeing your API key.
  • OpenAI Batch & Fine-tuning: Bulk inference at a 50 % discount and custom fine-tuned OpenAI models.
  • Machine Learning Module: Classify free-text input into intents you train with example phrases; models are trained and stored automatically on deploy.

Files and data

  • File Storage: Keep files per Workspace and Environment, the same files you manage on the portal's Storage page; load and save them from a workflow.
  • File Query: Query and change Excel and CSV files like a database (filters, regex columns, groups, joins, update, delete and add rows) without loading them into the workflow.
  • Google Drive Module: List, read and upload files in Google Drive using a Google Cloud service account, with optional domain-wide delegation to act as a Workspace user.
  • Firecrawl Module: Read the web from a workflow: a page as clean markdown, a website's list of pages, web search results, or data extracted from a page with an AI prompt.
  • Google Sheets Module: Read, look up, add, update and delete Google Sheets rows from your Processes, by header name, with a one-click Google sign-in.

Time and scheduling

  • Scheduler Module: Pause executions, fire workflows on recurring or one-shot schedules, and set future reminders.
  • Date Module: Parse, format, compare, and calculate dates and times; business-day routing, SLA deadlines, and friendly time phrases.
  • Calendly Module: Start workflows from Calendly bookings, cancellations, reschedules, no-shows and routing forms; find slots, share booking links, book, cancel and mark no-shows from any flow.
  • Google Calendar Module: Run a workflow for every event created, changed or canceled in a Google calendar, or before an event starts, and find, create, update and delete events, answer invitations, list calendars and find free time from any flow.

Databases

  • PostgreSQL: Read and write your own PostgreSQL database: SQL with safe {variables}, or Find, Insert (with upsert), Update and Delete records without writing SQL.
  • MySQL: Read and write a MySQL or MariaDB database: find, insert, update and delete rows without SQL, or run any single statement with variables bound as parameters, under a per-environment access level.
  • Microsoft SQL: Query, change and bulk-load a Microsoft SQL Server database (Azure SQL, on premises, Managed Instance) with the environment's own credentials; {variables} are always bound parameters.
  • MongoDB Module: Find, save and delete documents in your own MongoDB database (Atlas, Cosmos DB for MongoDB or a server), with the flow's variables bound into filters, updates and pipelines.
  • Redis Module: Keys with expiry, counters, hashes, lists, sets and Pub/Sub messages on your own Redis server: share state between runs, lock, rate-limit, queue work and skip duplicates.
  • IBM i (AS/400): Query and change DB2 for i tables, call RPG/CL programs and SQL procedures, run CL commands and exchange entries with data queues on an IBM i, through the ODBC driver on the engine host.

Apps and integrations

  • Webhook Module: Start workflows from any system's webhooks (GitHub, Stripe, Shopify, your own apps) with per-endpoint authentication; send signed, retried webhooks; pause a flow until an external system calls back.
  • Salesforce Module: Read and write Salesforce records from any flow: SOQL queries and SOSL searches, create, update, upsert and delete records, read an object's fields or the org's API limits, or call any REST resource of the org.
  • Shopify Module: Run a workflow for every Shopify order, customer or product change, and work the store from your flows: read, find, create and update products, stock, orders and customers; cancel, close and fulfil orders; run any Admin GraphQL query.
  • Odoo Module: Create, read, update, delete, search and count records of any Odoo model, and call any model method, with your own Odoo user.
  • LinkedIn Module: Post on LinkedIn as a member or a company page (text, image, link card), comment and react, read the member and the pages, and read page follower and post analytics.

Your own

  • External Modules: connect a Module that runs on your own server; its Tasks appear in the Process Editor like built-in ones.
